Define Tattoos

"If you’re new to tattooing, I would skip this place. I came in and both Chris and the other guy seemed bothered that I asked about getting a tattoo (even though they were simply chatting when I arrived). Of course, I wanted to start small, but before he even saw the design, he haphazardly quoted $300-400. I had researched and knew that was outrageous. I felt so stupid. Although I don’t know all the tat lingo and need some guidance, I assure you I am not stupid. Maybe they have so many customers, they don’t want/need more. I left and drove to Signature Tattoo (right down the street) and they were awesome!!!"
