"I just attended the convention in Cleveland and looked for a solid two hours at almost every booth and their portfolios. I saw Kwan’s book pretty early and it stuck with me. I finally went back and waited for two other sessions before me. He was professional with both of them and he did a seriously good job on both tattoos. I finally was at the front of the line, and very anxious overall, but basically the second he shifted his attention to me I knew I made the right choice. He confirmed that every idea he had was okay with me, was extremely thorough with cleaning both before the session and on the tattoo itself when done. Completely detail oriented, makes sure to listen to anything you ask, and his light touch and confidence put me at ease. The end result was nothing short of exceeding my expectations. I can’t speak for the shop itself since I was at the convention, but I am left basically assuming it’s the best in Cleveland. Can’t wait to go get my next. And you can be sure it’ll be Kwan."
