Walgreens Pharmacy

"The Walgreens on N Fairfield is well stocked and staffed. There is always a wait at pharmacies, but this is the best I've noticed in the area."

"Most pathetic so-called Pharmacy I have ever seen in my entire life. Take ALL of the business away from that so-called "pharmacy" maybe they will get fired and learn a lesson on customer care. I waited on the phone for 2 hours for Pharmacy day after Thanksgiving and they are NOT that busy because a friend of mine called me on my other line stating they were not busy. They hung me up and I called them again and this time I video taped that call to that Pharmacy and it lasted over 25 minutes of being on hold and they hung me up with only 2 people ahead of me. I called a third time and asked for a staff in general there and ordered them to connect me to the RX and they guy there said, 'Sorry, the Pharmacy is closed". I told him that "I waited over 2 hours between 2 calls to get connected to the RX and I am recording his call" and hung up.....nothing else and I HOPE this place closes for good, their so-called "staff" and "pharmacist" ALL loses their jobs for good. My wife need a RX taken care of and she also called them and she waited over 20 minutes and got hung up too. What is their story? They lied. I PRAY they close down for good. 1/2 star rating.....and that's being generous."

"Had me on hold for 40 min with only 2 people in front of me. At the 40th min, they picked up the phone and asked if I could hold without my response and immediately put me on hold. Waited another 10 min before I hung up. I had a simple prescription question."

"Always have had great experiences here. Staff members are nice and courteous. Pharmacist are knowledgeable and answer all my questions, even after prescriptions are picked up. I've called several times for myself and for my children with questions. They also are great with keeping you informed of any problems that may be happening. I've always been treated nicely and with respect here."

"I dropped off my sons prescription on Monday. She told me it would be done in an hour. I came back TWO hours later and still stood there for at minimum 40 minutes waiting for the pharmacist to “recheck” the prescription to just be told to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and they had a “ no pharmacist on duty” sign. VERY inconvenient for a mother who’s 5 month old has an ear infection. Definitely DONT recommend."
