"Never answer the phone. Drive through is always long. I don't think anyone who works Kroger pharmacy likes their job. Seems like Kroger should look into what's up with that.."

"Very positive experience navigating the lines insurance companies draw (not a Kroger pharmacy problem). I did have to wait 45 minutes after walk-in, but they told me up front that was the wait and it was obvious they were slammed. People complain around here, but fail to realize there are only a few options in this area and they are all equally stressed during the extended business area time of the day (after many people's day shift ends)."

"Every month it is the same story and it is really getting frustrating. 25 minutes in line to get a prescription is too long to wait. It does not matter what time of the day I come there is always a line. They are doing their best but there are not enough people working to keep up."

"I’ve been coming here for a few months. Every single time we come we have a worse experience. Typically after a 20-30 minute line, our prescriptions are “not ready”. We even call ahead and receive text messages saying that they are “ready for pickup”. When we show up they’re suddenly “not ready”. Very frustrating. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
