"I received a tiny tattoo from Carlye but my experience was a rather unpleasant one. I was 10 mins late for my appt because I couldn’t find the studio (ended up circling the parking lot a few times). I tried calling to get help with directions but no one answered the phone . I was apologetic for being late and would honestly have been okay if I needed to reschedule or have the appointment voided. Carlye decided to go ahead with the session, which I so appreciate but she was visibly upset. She remained cold and rude towards my friend and I. I felt so anxious and tense throughout my time there. Carlye is a skilled tattoo artist and her designs are creative and unique. I was looking forward to meeting her and getting a tattoo from her after following her Instagram page for sometime but the way she treated my friend and I was disappointing to say the least. I understand that I was late but I don’t think that warranted her treatment of us. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer."
