Walmart Pharmacy 2500 Tiffin Avenue, Findlay, OH 45840

"Janet is a nightmare, she is rude, intentionally cuts you off after asking you a question (it's bad when you can barely get out the entirety of your birth date because she is THAT impatient) she is incredibly condescending, snobbish, blurts out your personal and very private information for everyone in the general area to hear. She is cold and callus and has the worst bedside manners. If they don't do something about her I will gladly change my pharmacy because after several months of the same treatment from her EVERY time I have the displeasure of dealing with her at the counter, I realize I have better options. Which is a shame considering everyone else that works in the pharmacy is rather kind, and super professional."

"It's a coin flip. Some of the employees are very nice. There a few who are pretty awful. One of them talked down to me really bad. I'm not sure if it was because she was stressed or if it was her personal feelings regarding the vaccine I was getting. Several are super nice tho. It's very close to me so I'll probably continue to go"

"What is the point of having text refill with a slotted time if you can't even honor the times that are given. Refilled via text message the day before, says pick up after 3pm. I go to get my prescriptions 2 hours after the time given and they still are not ready. For all that hassle-free I am better off just dropping them off and waiting, since I still have to wait anyways. Don't worry I will be finding another pharmacy to take my business to."

"I always prefer this Walmart to, not only the other retails in town, but the other Walmart too! I travel further to get here because they always seem to have what I need ready and in stock. The associates are always polite and helpful when needed."

"Customer Service and pharmacists are extremely rude and they take forever to fill prescriptions. For people who need their medicine and are sick, taking well over an hour to fill a prescription is ridiculous. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone."
