"Terrible.....waiting for over a week for the prescribed meds. No other help offered. Melissa looked annoyed and bothered. Michelle shouldn't be in mental health as I helped my son more than she did when she was a counselor at SAFY....she just bought into the narrative my ex gave her for the 3 weeks before I saw her. I wasn't even a counselor at that point but did more for my sons mental health than she did due to her judgements. You hired a license....not a person who actually helps people. Thought they were better, guess I was wrong"

"Usually have a good experience here but if you get here at 8 when they open be prepared to wait for 40 minutes while they sit, chat and have meetings. Horrible experience!!!"

"I probably would have given another star until a recent issue. I had a telemedicine appointment, they never called and then sent a text saying I missed my appointment. When I called they said I was a no show For an appointment in which they were supposed to call me...... I let that go and rescheduled. Other than that, a little wait time here and there but this is place is great!"

"This place is the slowest place i have ever been i would have rather went to urgent care ive been here for almost 2 hours now an i just got seen by the dr 15 mins ago suppose to be getting a shot which she hasnt came back in yet i dont understand why its taking this long nobody is barely here im a very dissatisfied with yhe services here.!"
