"Love it! I got my ears pierced there and I'm going back for a double piercing sometime soon. I was super worried after my first attempt at an ear piercing from Walmart (it got infected and the hole closed up) but they did such a good job! I was given a cleaner which helped a bunch and I'm very happy with how it looks. The service was great, the lady who pierced me was so kind and polite while she explained what I would have to do. Love this place!"

"I was inquiring about getting my ears pierced for a second time. The first girl that helped us was nice but didn't have an the answers. She went to get another girl and she was so rude! My daughter just got hers done a month ago with the rapid solution and I still have almost 2/3 of a bottle left. I just wanted to pay for the regular package as rapid solution costs more. She was extremely hostile when she said "well if you get the regular you have to leave them in 6 weeks. You understand that right?" It was so snotty and so rude I decided to go back to Toledo to get my ears pierced where we did my daughters. I really hope she isn't a manager because she's not a nice person at all."

She really connected with my teenage daughter and did a fantastic job piercing her ears. Turns out she is in law school and a long term employee of yours... she should be celebrated.
