"Terrible customer service. I’d give zero stars if an option. The staff who interacted with me was super rude (usually they are nice but this one was just something else). I will be reporting her to their manager if this happens again. Wait time to pick up prescription today was ridiculously long, and there is more wait when you arrive to pick up at the window."

"Five stars, all the way. Rite Aid is fast, polite and helpful. Every time! I used to go to Walgreens pharmacy, but after they decided not to fill my prescriptions because they thought it was for off label covid treatment, I will never return to Walgreens. Rite Aid is the bomb."

"I moved States and when it was time to pick up a very important medication, they had to order it. Now being a business owner myself I know that if I'm getting low on something I should order it not like keep me away from my meds for 5 days and they're not the type of meds that you can stay off of for 5 days like that. But there's no recompense there's no way to say well you know four letter word u. They give you no other solution other than they have to order it and takes days. My scripts are sent from my old State still cuz I love my psychiatrist, however this rite aid is no better than their competitors they Don't Care about Us meaning the Royal us, people, the little people. So thanks but no thanks rite aid I will not be back I won't be recommending you as a matter of fact every turn I get I'm going to bash you. Thanks and have a pleasant day"

"I went into store and the manager (Sara) was wonderful. She helped me find everything I needed and was very pleasant. She goes above and beyond every time I go into store. I now shop there all the time because of the great service."
