"I haven’t been in this store since Christmas. This evening I thought I would pick up a few items. I thought I was in a dream. The store was so put together everything was on the shelves very well stocked, not a single box or clutter in the aisles. I would have given it a 5/5 if the floors were clean. They need a to be stripped. I haven’t seen a family dollar like this in years. I don’t won’t to forget the employees were exceptional and inviting as well. I wish I had gotten their names. "I recently stopped by this location for an important health item. It rung up more than what the price said on the shelf. Instead of honoring the price label, the cashier (a middle aged black lady) told me that they're not allowed to modify the price, but I could "take a picture of the price label and send it along with my receipt to corporate". I was speechless and wanted to leave the item, but had no choice but to buy it for health reasons. Went back about a week later and the customer in front of me had an item that also rung up incorrectly. The cashier called either the manager or a supervisor (younger white guy), who checked the price label and honored the price on the shelf. I was so livid because I did not receive this same courtesy when there was an issue with my item's price. So disappointing."
