"Not very professional. Have had a few booked in advanced appts canceled at the last minute. Theowner doesn't even seem to care. This is why so many minority businesses fail, because no good business ethic. Update: after I posted this review owner texted me not happy about my review but instead of an apology or how can I make it right which is professional. He goes into why I post a review trying to ruin his business? Which I'm not but I want folks to make informed choices when they get services. Maybe you only get star service at this shop if they know you and if that's the case people should be informed."

"Best barbershop in town. I drive from the East all the way to the West side to see Ezra. I have recommended many of my friends/family and all have nothing but great things to say. Appointments are definitely helpful, as it is a busy barbershop. Must go!"
