It’s a great business model, you should try it. UDF: Buy 2 get 1 free Me: Great! UDF: We are only going to put 2 on the shelf. Great job upgrading your gas pumps to spew ads that can’t be muted. Also great job on not syncing the audio so there is an echo the whole time. Really something your paying customers want. Spend your money elsewhere. Also really appreciate the empty shelves. It’s pointless to stop here. I wish this was not the gas station between my office and my house. I would never come here otherwise."

"Just tried to swing by 10 minutes before close and what I'd assume is the shift manager (guy with glasses and long hair) says we're closed, and since I was just grabbing one thing, I say "it's not one yet" then he just gets disrespectful by saying "I don't care, we're closed". As opposed to "yeah I'm sorry but we had to close early tonight", man should be fired, oh yeah and I'm a US VET"

"I'm visiting from out of town, so I wanted to stop for some infamous UDF ice cream. Have loved UDF since the mid-1970s when my family moved to the area. The ice cream lived up to my expectations, but I was extremely displeased that an employee's 4 young children were running around the store unsupervised-throwing paper airplanes, blocking checkout counters because they were chitchatting with employees, being extremely loud, etc. Next time I'm in Cincinnati, I'll make sure I do not patronize this location."

"Normally id given 4 or 5 stars cause it's location usually pretty good but when I get overcharged makes it not like places no more. If the price is on the package that's the price that should be charged. When brought to the main interest attention was not fixed so now I'm here. Lately the coffee has been watered down. The prices don't match what other stores are in the same area. Just getting ridiculous"
