West Park Barber Shop (North Olmsted)

"I’m one that looks at reviews because ever since we moved back from Virginia six years ago my son has not been happy with his haircut and it was always sad leaving the barber so when I seen Donny ‘s reviews, my son said let’s give him a try…. Donny wasn’t at the shop but he went over and beyond to meet us there and I’m so glad he did. Thankfully, Donny gave my son ideas on what to do with his hair and my son went with that. Let me tell you this boy is so happy this is the first time my son walked out of a barber with a smile and said mom I love it and I really like my barber he was awesome! I can’t tell you how happy it makes me that he finally is so happy with his haircut! He’s still smiling ☺️ So going forward Donny, Joshua said he finally has his barber. "First time coming to this location and I'm definitely glad I did! I booked with Donny over in north Olmsted. He did a fantastic job on my hair and beard! Throughout the entire experience he kept communicating with me about my hair, what he was about to do, and any concerns I may have through the process. You can tell he really loves his craft, and it shows in his work. A++ for me!"

"They're all friendly enough and it's a good location. First time I went I had a guy that was really new. He must have just finished smoking a joint in the back by the smell of him. I don't care about that if he's good, but he really did a poor job. It's a convenient location so I tried it again with a more experienced guy. You book online and they send you multiple email and text reminders, but I was there at 12:55 and waited till 1:36 to get started. The guy seemed surprised he had me as an appointment and kept looking at this phone and asking me when my appointment was. If I were 36 minutes late I would have paid a penalty. I have pictures of the best barber experience I've ever had from last year but unfortunately it was when I was travelling out of state. But I always show pictures of how I want the cut and beard trim. Both times at West Park they kind of just did what they wanted rather than what I asked for. I definitely won't go again."
