"Super clean. Well lit store. Lot of items to look at, any type of party they have stuff for, on a sad note many years ago this was my home for anything customery and I'm kind of sad that they got rid of morph suits those were a big thing a few years ago.. I want to give a shout out to the manager because she was super friendly as was her staff but she took some pictures of me and my wife while we were buying stuff for a gender reveal party and are greatly don't remember her name but she was awesome. Corporate should hire her as a regional manager"

"I went to this Party City on Wednesday to buy some balloons for Thursday. An associate, I think his name was Juan? (He was a Black male, seemed like a teenager and was very pleasant but I forgot to put his name in my phone...) told me that the helium balloons would not last that long. He recommended that I add an extra substance to the balloons so that they will last 24 hours, which would be enough time to meet my goal. I was very hesitant to buy the balloons but he assured me that they would last. He was right! I was indeed able to write on the balloons with a marker as he stated (this was another extensive conversation) and all of the balloons, except one, lasted 24 hours, minimum (I bought 2 extras just in case, so that one didn't ruin the event). One was still in the air 48 hours later! I highly recommend this Party City as they seem to really care about the satisfaction of their customers!"
