"Manager had a poor attitude with me when I asked, “when are the pump receipts going to be fixed?” Second time this happened to be within 48 hours. I had to come inside both times and wait in line to get a recipe. She exclaimed to me “when she has time to add paper” I told her it was out for the last 2 days. She said, “ yeah, well I wasn’t working so it didn’t get changed.” There are a minimum of 4 attendants working today. Apparently her idea of being a manager requires not being responsible. Part of management is also part of arriving early if needing to do so. Don’t forget you are in customer service"
"Cashier was kind. The pump clicked like my gas tank was full, but it was not. Don't like when that happens."
"They always have everything I want. The fountain drink selection is awesome and they have slurpee things too. And their donuts are great and they usually have them much longer than other places like UDF"
"There are a few middle-aged ladies who work here that make my shopping experience here uncomfortable. Especially KT- She is SO hateful that it spills out into her job performance. It’s hard not to notice & I just want to know if anyone else experienced this here??"
"First and hopefully last time visiting. I was the only customer in the building, but still waited several minutes at the register because the cashier was too busy stocking several types of cigarettes behind the counter. She clearly saw and heard me and continued to work without a word. When she finally rang up my purchases, she just scanned the items and didn't talk to me until she absolutly had to ask if I had a rewards card. I've never felt such open hostility as a convenience store customer before."
