Shayne at the register was so sweet and took time out of her day to have a conversation with me even though I have a serious case of RBF."

"The lady with the long black ponytail with a little gray in the front is RUDE AS HELL every single time I come in this store. The men in the store are always kind, but she is super rude and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you hate your job that bad or dealing with the public that much QUIT! I went in to get something to eat and changed my mind immediately after she was rude today, because that wasn't her first time being rude, but it's definitely my last time as a customer!"

"If only I could write this place 0 star I would. I came in to grab some of my favorite ice cream the fruity pebbles. I asked the lady if she could make some. She says yes, she headed to the back to grab the bag It seemed to be a different type of fruity Pebbles, which is not the regular kind that comes in it I proceeded to ask the woman if they still had the other kind the original to be exact she says no this is all we got proceeds to get rude with me, and say that I’ve wasted that bag that she opened since I refuse to get that kind she was very rude to me not kind whatsoever. After I asked her nicely, do you guys happen to have the other She wasn’t going to use the whole bag on just me so I don’t know what her big problem was so I proceeded to leave the store and left the ice cream I was going to buy. Word of advice to the woman working there.(next time you want to be a bit more professional since I’m coming in to purchase a few items from your store you’ll get better business that way example I apologize we don’t have the usual kind. Would this be OK for you? Would have said no thank you any way . That is a more respectful way to approach a customer …"

"This is the best neighborhood store around, reminiscent of the corner grocery store of days gone by. Paul, Linda, and their friendly staff keep the store clean and well stocked, providing everything on my list. Besides typical necessities, they also offer reasonable prices, delicious daily lunch specials, variety of deli and ice cream items, and prepares party trays. Indeed, Ameristop Villa Hills is a hidden gem and I am an appreciative customer."
