"Very rude unprofessional older man working up front.. I bought ketchup syrup and two other items. He bagged all my items in one bag I grabbed the bag and it immediately broke and my items spilled to the ground. The ketchup bottle broke… He refused to let me let me exchange the ketchup saying it was my fault for grabbing the bag wrong… I stayed calm and told him the bags are extremely thin and when u have heavy items u should double bag… he yelled and at me and told me to get another one and to never come back. I really don’t understand why because I was being really respectable even tho he was being rude… I began to explain that I’m a manager at a gas station and if that would of happened at my store we would of replace the items and not blamed the customer…. I’m really upset about this. I will NEVER shop there again… I forgot I’m banned anyway smh sad."
