"Called 2 days before, set an appointment for 830am, and was hard to find parking due to construction. I got there at 830 on the dot, sat there for 10 min before one of them asked if I had an appointment. Apparently, they didn't write my appointment in. I was told I wasn't on the schedule... Was my first and last interaction with these 2 guys. They rude and apparently can write down appointments set up on the phone."
