"I normally go to Great Clips, but due to availability I decided to try Sports Clips. Worst decision ever. The cut I requested was absolutely butchered. When coming home in utter disgust, to only discover long hairs that weren't cut behind not one but both ears, made it even worse. Fast forward...my son and his friend went to this same location, and low and behold both of their heads were butchered. When they spoke up and asked the stylist if she could fade to blend the horrible job, she replied with " I don't know how to fade well".Both were very frustrated, but too polite to say anything. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!"

"I learned to cut my own hair because of the experience I had with them. The girl was so mean and rude she was making fun of gay people with her coworker while they where cutting my hair. Thanks to this place I now save 25 bucks a haircut because I do it myself and it looks 100% better then the job they do."

"This location has won me over. The teamwork and Management is amazing. My stylist is Savannah and she is also the manager. I know she has to balance managerial and stylists duties. She does an amazing job. @Everette Nolta you should check in online it is even an app. I never wait when I do that. When you just walk in you’re going to wait longer because of the people that check in online has first dibs. Maybe don’t blame management or the location because you didn’t check in online. Those ladies (all of them) do an amazing job!! I recommend this store to all family and friends."

"Brought my 2 sons in for haircut. Been waiting for over 1.5 hours. Stylist comes in and is asked to help out and she says she has “management stuff” to do. I seen her make several trips to the back bringing back 2 to 3 towels at a time. If this is management, and how they practice teamwork, they really need to take a long deep look on their customer service. Another stylist finishes her cut and joins this “manager” in the office. Again leaving us to wait longer. We will never be coming back to this location and unless you have several hours to kill waiting on a haircut, I do not recommend coming here!!"
