"There is zero reason, ZERO, for five cars to sit at the pharmacy drive thru line over twenty minutes while one car is at the window. One car. Twenty minutes. That great that you want to solve ALL of that lady’s life problems. But you just created them for three other people who left without their scripts. Missed warm dinner with my family waiting in this line because you don’t have the capacity to say “ma’am this is not appropriate for the pick up window. I need you to pull around and come inside so we can better serve you please.” Or “if you can please pull off to the side I’ll wave you back over once we have this straightened out.” Nope."
