"It's disappointing to see how badly staffed this place is. There are no associates available to help when needed, there's hardly ever more than one full service checkout, and when I did have to use one of those awful self checkout aisles, I had to wait 5 minutes before any of the two staff members noticed me. Some guy with a clipboard looking important just wandered around in the collected self checkout area doing nothing at all that whole time. I wish there was a grocery store left that valued its employees and customers more than they value automation."

"Employees were very helpful and friendly. I just moved back from Florida and couldn't remember the phone number my Giant Eagle card was registered too. A woman manager I think she was , nohelped me get a new card and helped me Thu the check out. I didn't know they're in the process of changing their name."

"I visited Giant Eagle 3 days after Christmas. I was looking for avocados. They were the worst! They were extremely soft and mushy. no firm ones had been put out yet. A few other produce vegetables we not so great either. However I do understand they need a fresh shipment from Christmas"

"Very nice clean store w/friendly & helpful employees. Great deli, seafood, meat and bakery departments w/well stocked shelves in the isles. More expensive than the local Kroger's but the cleanliness & inventory factors alone are worth it."

"The store is clean, vegetables fresh and nice quality of meat. The store no longer provides bags so be sure to take your own. Also, be sure to watch the prices as items are rung up wrong frequently. Unfortunately, everytime I shop there I get overcharged for something. The cashier will correct the price but this should not happen as often as it does."
