"I've never felt so disrespected and profiled in my life? The first time I got my haircut, I called before going in to ask how much. The individual I talked to on the phone said it was 25, but when the barber got finished, he charged me thirty. No problem. so at that point I attempted to pay with my debit card but he said either cash or cash app. Again no problem, so I sent 40 on cash app. Four dollars more than the suggested 20% because he did a very good job. The second time I went, I was satisfied, used cash app again and tipped well. When I was in there last week I sat there for almost an hour, watched 2 black Guys that I was in there way before basically cut me in line, and then was told cash only. I typically don't carry cash but I was prepared to use cash app. So I left feeling completely embarrassed and profiled. I wear a bald fade and not many people have the experience with this particular style . I was satisfied with the first 2 cuts I got here, but I'll never tolerate such poor customer service again."
