"I have been going to daks for a few months now, had an appointment scheduled today at 11, on my way in I called ahead to let them know I was running a little behind. They informed me the barber I had an appointment with was out sick and had canceled his appointments. I did not know that as I still received a confirmation yesterday. Thoeun said if I was able to wait for a few minutes he could squeeze me in at 11:30 today, and still on moments notice did a top notch job! Great customer service and awesome work from these guys!
