"My experience at charm was awesome, Kali was taking care of me and did a beautiful balayage, i had never gotten my hair colored before so i was a little nervous coming in however she assured me that it would look really natural and a good start to coloring my hair which it was, i attached a few before and after. the actual salon was a very comfortable, clean, and cute atmosphere. you really get your moneys worth. thank you Kali!! much love"
