Great Clips

"It amazes me that a licensed stylist is not able to give a simple boy haircut without butchering it. This is the second time Jilyane has done a poor job on my son’s hair. Great Clips has become our last resort over the last couple years, and you didn’t fail to disappoint yet again."

"Rude, rude, rude employees!! Long story short - told her to check in then smiled and told her it was a110 minute wait and they would be closed at that time. 2 very rude employees. Took my mom to get her haircut as a walk in today at 6pm and there was 4 employees there. One was cutting a guys hair,1 was in the back (myra/mara?), 1 was doing nothing and the greeter. The greeter asked if she checked in online, she said no, I'm a walk in. The greeter then told her it would be a 110 minute wait for a hair cut. She asked why no one that was free couldn't cut her hair and they told her because they are waiting for people that checked in online. She continued to question and then asked for a manager, she was told there was no one there. At this point the one cutting the guys hair started telling her to leave the greeter alone and stop asking questions and that my mom was being rude and that even if she checked in they would be closed so she should leave. Both of them were brunette, the other girl was blonde and said nothing. Both were extremely rude and clearly didn't want any additional business so close to closing time. There was absolutely no reason that one of them couldn't have cut her hair. It takes a special someone to tell a customer that even if she checks in they'll be closed and do it with a smile. She told them she would be calling the manager and writing corporate and the lady cutting hair who was the rudest person told her, "go ahead but she better never come back." No worries, she won't be back and no one we know will EVER go to this location!!"

"Wasn't to happy with the fact she never verified how I wanted my hair she was just like ready to go I told her i wanted it shortened and she took it too short she did a 2 on top and no guard I'd been excited and happy sith a 3 on top and 1 or 2 on side"

"I have been using Great Clips for years and only had one bad cut in about 10 years or more, so yes I am very happy with them"
