"This place has gone downhill. I have attempted 3 times as a walk-in to get a child's haircut. I just left there, was told that they had no time today for a haircut. The thing is is that there was NO ONE sitting in ANY of the chairs getting their haircut and two stylists were sitting in the back. I am appaled at the dismissive attitude of the receptionist as well. I wish I could give Negative stars for this business."
"The price I paid was outrageous. And My hair didn't even turn out how I showed them I wanted it to be. I would not go here if you wanted blonde in it. It fades to after a month and it looks terrible. The blonde didn't even show."
"I traveled from just outside of Columbus to come here and will continue to do so. The entire staff is so warm, kind, talented, and inviting. My daughter and I had so much fun!
