I had to call Valerie the manager who proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do, so ladies if you’re getting your hair done know that you’re not guaranteed your money back and there are no supervisors to make the hairstylist correct their work, Alex made a second appointment with me to fix what she did to my hair and she canceled on me once and then didn’t show up for the second appointment. I’ve never had anything happen so unprofessionally in my life. I’ll be contacting the corporate office. Make sure to get what you want 100% what you ask for before you pay. Otherwise you’re out $260 like I am."
