"I scheduled the haircut online so I wouldn't have to wait inside. When I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes. Someone was ahead of me still. The cut was not leveled nor faded. I was very disappointed"

"Horrible!!! Not professional at all. The lady who did my mom and sisters hair did a horrible job. Cut my sisters hair very uneven, thinned my mom’s hair without asking . Refused to do her whole head saying “it will take too long and my mom should save her money for her wedding that is in 2 days.” we said it’s okay for her to do the whole head and we would pay. Still refused to do it, only did the top part and did poorly at that. She still has all her grey hair showing. After it was done she charged us $45 when it should have been free. Very unsatisfied. Had to go to great clips to fix the hair cut. And left without my mom’s hair being colored , will have to do it at home. Will never be back."

"I went yesterday for a haircut. I told the hair stylist to layer my hair and feather my hair in the front. She cut my hair in layers but told me she can’t feather the hair in the front because of the style. In the same beauty salon another hai stylist did it with a special scissors and there was not any problem . I feel a little bit disappointed."
