"Great store Jessah was our cashier. It was almost closing time and she had such a positive, helpful attitude. Clean and organized store, found everything we came for quite easily. We will be returning . Everything we come we are always highly satisfied all the way around the board. Good job rural king! More stores should model after you."

"I'm editing my rating due to my recent treatment at the firearm counter last Friday. The store's website said that a certain product was on sale for a savings of $100. I asked the associate behind the counter if they had the item and he assured me that they did. He brought out the item in question, but said he wasn't aware of the discounted price. He looked it up to verify that everything was the same, but refused to sell it to me at the sale price. I left the Decatur store and went to the Fort Wayne location, where the associate was happy to sell me the item at the advertised discounted price. He didn't understand why the Decatur associate behaved in the manner they did and apologized to me."

"Usually I would give this store a 5 stars I always buy my dog food there and love taking my daughter to go see the chicks. Not today unfortunately one of the cashiers a 17 year old Lexi L. has been hitting on my husband and giving him a 15% discount even though he made it known he’s married and has no coupons. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company that you have employees essentially stealing money from the company and acting so inappropriately with the customers especially a minor this seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen! People usually go to Rural King to build homes not wreck them."
