"Been going here for awhile. Check in online all the time. Arrived early got checked in. Two other people came in after us and were seen before us. If I didn’t say anything we would have never been seen. Horrible customer service. We will not be going back."

"My son received the worst haircut I've ever seen in my life. He got his hair cut by Joanna and I don't know what she did, but she butchered his hair. She gave him a bald spot on the back of his head, and used the clippers to buzz off one part of his hair. Then she left two long pieces of bangs on either side, which she styled to cover up the mistake she had made. We took him to another location to have it fixed immediately. The other Great clips suggested I go right back and get my money back, so I did. The assistant manager there was rude and said she hadn't ever had to do a return before, so had another stylist help her. She barely spoke to me, yet managed to belt out "Sorry that happened to you!" on my way out with a room full of customers sitting there. Joanna should not be cutting hair. Beware if you get her. I get that mistakes happen, but she messed up and tried to hide this horrible haircut instead of just admitting what she had done. I contacted corporate and they were sympathetic on the phone and said they'd follow up with this, but haven't heard anything back."
