"I've been shopping at save a lot stores in multiple states for a long time, 15+ years now. Front end is great, well stocked but your meat department, the cases, how the product is displayed and handled is scary. Leaking packages, old blood in the center aisle coolers, over stocked chicken out of temp ranges on the wall coolers. I'd be happy to buy anything else here but meat and that means I'll be going somewhere else. If that's how the customer facing sides looks, I'd hate to see how the product is handled while stored and cut."

"Actually I go there quite a bit and I do wear a mask but I wear masks everywhere everybody knows me there so I pretty much know everything that they have they get their ice cream I don't know it's their brand maybe it is the best I it's better than Breyers ice cream I like the salted caramel and the butter pecan anyways they're really friendly they help I need help nobody wants to work anymore I guess I wish if I wasn't so old and I get a job there at Christmas time they have eggnog they have the best eggnog ever so what they do is if they don't have any when I come in I give them my phone number and they call me when it's in and they put it up for me because I know I'll be in to buy it save save me 7 at a time and the managers are really really good and the cashiers I'm talking about the one in South Lorain I don't know too much about the one in Elyria although I know the managers and stuff a really nice because I took my aunt in there and they were so helpful because I didn't know where the stuff wasn't there and they don't say what was down there 50 miles away into your left they take you to it Giant Eagle doesn't do that they just say well it might be in aisle three or might be in aisle six but Save-A-Lot they take you to it and show you that's another thing I like about save-a-lots sometimes it's crowded and you have to wait in line a little bit but hey they do have good products there and your chicken is very good so anyways if you want a nice friendly store and if you really need help to do something I'm very short so they know anyways this I'm going to need help cuz I can't reach top shelves but it's a very good store and it's clean it's not all cluttered anyways it's on Fairless Drive Inside the Rain right by Burger King thank you and you have a very good day and have a very good experience if you go there"
