"I live in New Richmond, OH and have been dealing with hard water since I bought my house back in 2020. I recently began reading about water softeners and decided to purchase one from Tri-State Waterworks. They came out to install it about a week later. I also decided to purchase a water filtration system for my drinking water as well. The installer was very helpful with explaining how both systems worked, and answered all the questions I had. Since the install, I have noticed a huge difference when taking showers. I have sensitive skin, and I feel more refreshed now after a quick shower. I haven't drank any water yet out of my kitchen faucet, but that water is now apparently bottled water quality. My clothes feel different too after doing a few loads of laundry. I haven't tried out the dishwasher yet, but I'm sure my dishes will be cleaner too. I would highly recommend Tri-State Waterworks. Very friendly, quality work, and a fair price."
