"This park is ok. The canal boat is part of an argument between to groups of people. One says it has historical importance. The other group says no it doesn't. So the boat that sits there hid behind an old mill continues to deteriorate because of two opinions. Sad. I see it everyday. Nothing to see here but 2-40 ft sides of the canal that has no water in it. They rerouted the river many decades ago. Not anything much to see here. Just parking spaces with a bike path that goes through it."

"Awesome little park in Tipp City. First time in this little town. Lots of history and interesting stuff. This park was a great find with an Ohio Historical marker explaining it. On a bike trail with an air pump and tools if needed to make repairs. The drinking fountain was shut off due to Covid-19. The park had a decent amount of paved parking as well."

"A very nice little park with history. Go after dark (before 11 PM) just after it rains. The wet air combines with the lights to make a very beautiful scene. Good access to bike path too."
