"Clean and fun environment... got the cut my daughter asked for and we felt extremely happy with Bre our stylist"
"Horrible experience. They don’t even deserve one star. I left the salon already questioning whether or not I liked my highlights. I decide to straighten my hair a few days later and my hair had been chopped. I SPENT A YEAR OR SO GROWING IT OUT. I had not cut nor colored my hair during that time. I trusted someone to do my hair and I got screwed. They wouldn’t refund me my 220 dollars I spent for highlights and a haircut. They gave me 39 dollars back for the haircut and offered 2 free sessions to get my hair to whatever style I want. They said my choices had either been to go shorter with my hair or let it grow. So they kept ALL of my money I spent to get my hair done. There was no point in spending money to highlight my hair if they were going to ruin my haircut. THAT RUINED THE WHOLE REASON I GOT MY HAIR DONE. I wanted all my money back and they wouldn’t give me that. I did mention I wanted all of my money back to go elsewhere and they wouldn’t give it to me. I understand that she is a new stylist after you guys said something but how are they going to mess up a haircut this badly. There was no “miscommunication” either. The experienced stylist should be watching and critiquing her. I have zero self confidence right now because my hair got ruined."
"Abby did a good job on my bob cut. Ty :) Update: It seems I had an allergic reaction to some of the hair products. As my nose began running profusely after my salon visit. I washed my hair at home and the nasal drip has nearly completely stopped. I recommend that y'all stock up on hypoallergenic hair products as some customers may be sensitive to certain things. I still really enjoyed my haircut and the allergies were really the only issue."
"I'll start with the positive; the stylist did a good job on my layers on the bottom of my hair and I believe she did do her best. I don't ever leave bad reviews, but I am devastated over my bangs. I am really careful about who touches my hair and I really wanted curtain bangs. So, I carefully chose a stylist who I saw executed the style I wanted on someone else and was in my price range, Kaitlyn Beach. When I got there yesterday, I was taken back by a completely different stylist with no explanation, but I decided to relax and give her a chance. I showed her pictures and she seemed pretty confident that she could do the cut that I wanted, though we agreed quite a bit of the look had to do with styling. The initial cut was great. but at the end, the bangs looked way off from being curtain bangs after styling. They looked closer to shorter, blunt bangs parted in the middle, and right off the bat, it seemed like one side looked quite a bit shorter, just barely clearing the eyebrow. The stylist insisted that perhaps my hair's natural state might be the issue and this could be fixed with styling. I took her advice and tried to work with it at home, but after some work, it turns out my hair texture on one side isn't the problem; while one side wasn't too bad, the bangs on the other side were cut nearly straight across and cut an inch shorter than the other, way choppier than the other, and are almost impossible to style because of how short they are. Friends and family I saw that night agreed the cut didn't look like curtain bangs. Someone even joked that it looked like I had tried to cut blunt bangs myself and botched the job. I'm devastated and spent the rest of the night adding some more face framing layers to the worst side and it has made them look a bit better, but if I pay for a haircut, I shouldn't have to be the one fixing a licensed stylist's work. A friend put me in contact with a stylist in Ohio who has fixed mistakes like this before, luckily. It's been 5 years since I've been brave enough to get a salon hair cut and after this, I may never do it again. If you're just getting layers and fantasy colors this place may be good. But I would be wary about getting bangs. Update*** I was told the stylist was behind but i would be given a shampoo. After the shampoo the other stylist did not reappear and I was NOT informed about her being unavailable, otherwise I would have asked to reschedule. I actually was expecting the stylist i booked to come out and take over until the stylist began cutting and then it was too late to do anything except give her a chance. The stylist did cut the bangs so long that they were too long, I asked for slightly shorter and nearly 4 inches were taken off but i was trying to trust the process. I did not keep asking her to go shorter and shorter. And I could not call because of being out and about all weekend. I don't appreciate my words twisted when I have tried to be as patient as I could. I have no intention of giving you anymore of my time or business."
