Pentair Water Group

"On March 29, 2023, I purchased a Pentair (Under sink) Water Filter System. I hired a professional plumber (Edwards Plumbing in Cottage Grove, MN). The plumber installed the system, tested for leaks & found it was leaking by the white hose at the brass 90 degrees. I returned the unit to Menards, thinking it was just a bad unit. I had to paid the plumber $200.00 for his attempt to install the filter system. I purchased two more Pentair units thinking one of them would work. They DID NOT WORK! I had to pay the plumber another $200.00 for trying to hook up water filtration system a second time. I contacted Menards in Cottage Grove, MN. All they would do is simply refund me for the purchase price of the units, not the cost of the plumber. I expected Pentair to at least reimburse for one $200.00 plumber fee after all it was their units that failed. Menards wrote a letter and sent all my correspondence, receipts, etc. on April 18, 2023 and a follow-up letter on June 8, 2023 to: Kate Bahr, Customer Service Pentair Residential Filtration 220 Park Drive Chandon, OH 44024 It's been 7 months & I have never heard back from Ms. Bahr or Pentair Residential Filtration I will never again buy anything bearing the name of Pentair from any retailer. Out of 3 water filtration units - ALL 3 FAILED!! Buyer beware! Highly disappointed in this company. I predict your company will be going out of business with these problems. "If you like working like a slave for 12$ an hr. This is the place to work! Management always followers works around and tell them to speed up while the management themselves are doing nothing. They have a special group of people they pay more than their production workers to evaluate how to speed up production but those people never have been in production and dont know what they are doing. They get PAID MORE to walk around with clipboards and micromanage the people actually doing work and getting paid far less than them. Like wendys has a higher starting pay than the production workers at pentair LOL. Most of the employees here are from temp agencies and dont stay due to how god awful it is. And to close when i was working there almost all the team leads in my building all resided at the same house. Ill say that again almost all the shift leads in my building lived together, if that isnt favoritsm i dont know what is then."
