The facility offers ample parking at the Roche De Bout parking lot for visitors. Rental prices range from $250 for a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. slot, to $350 for a longer rental period from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Inside the facility, there are eight 8-foot rectangular tables and 38 chairs available for use. Paper and plastic products such as toilet paper and trash bags are provided. The facility also features a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, counter, and sink.
There is one charcoal grill available near the facility for outdoor cooking. Electrical outlets are plentiful, with 5 in the main room, 1 in the restroom, and 6 in the kitchen. The facility is heated and air conditioned for comfort, with a pellet burning stove as a supplemental heat source.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the entrance. Restroom facilities are available with a single unisex restroom inside the building.
