"They make parents pay for tickets to ride toddler rides with their children that require a parents due to height. Going to request loundville street fair change to a more family friendly company. Have been to plenty of fairs and amusement parks and never had to pay for me to ride with my toddler. They are very greedy. We paid for 2 wrist bands and both of my childern are under the age of 4 and can only ride so many rides anyways. Do not book with them."
"Terrible compnay. Paid $18 dollars for my 2 year old to ride rides. Then they wouldn’t allow him to ride any rides after giving him a wrist band because he needed a parent to ride with him. Which is fine, but they wouldn’t let me accompany him on the rides because they said I also needed a ticket. Keep in mind, this wasn’t like an adult ride. It was a kids ride that looked like a fire truck. I’m going to recommend next year to use a more family friendly company for the rides."
"Was at the Millersport Sweet Corn Festival this evening and I have to say that I have never seen amusement rides as clean and well maintained as Durant rides. You can tell they take great care of their rides as well as their staff."
"Durant does all the county fairs around me. The rides are up to date with LED lights and I'm a mechanic so I always look at the grease points and maintenance areas and all look great and safe."
"I received a very rude email from Denise Woods. I was trying to contact their company regarding pricing for rides and couldn't even be provided with a quote before they told me that they were too busy to work with my company. "It is hard for us to change layouts and workforce to take one or two rides to a five hour event. Your company would be better off to deal with an amusement company that does rentals for small events." I find it hard to believe she understood anything about my event or the amount of money we were willing to spend due to her disinterest poor business attitude."
