"It’s 11:30 and the store hasn’t been opened and I ordered online to come to this.. I have a bday plans with my niece who’s present I ordered here. Now I have no idea how long before an employee going to show up to open the store to pick up my online order. Not really sure why a system would open two hour pickup and says hours of operation is 10-8pm if there is no employees to open the store for business. Did I waste my time? And how much time did I waste?"
"Location is awful. Every time I try to take my daughter when it opens, they have some excuse why they aren’t opening on time. Also they pierced my daughters ears with the wrong earrings and offered no discount or anything to take accountability for screwing up!"
"The store is filthy! They need to put new flooring in as I say if the floor is dirty so is everything else. So unorganized too!"
"I walked in and asked for my second piercing. They gladly walked me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. I love my piercing and I absolutely loved the two ladies that I got to hang out with. Brooke and Dakota were so fun and I had the best time at Claire's. And I brought home lots of scrunchies too :) Could not be happier with the customer service and results! I 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone."
