"Got my daughter's ears pierced here last month. She is 6months old. The first ear was simple , the second ear the gun was stuck on my daughter's ear at least for a couple minutes !"

"The manager Lexi I want to say that was her name was amazing! we had a not such a friendly experience at the kenwood location & she made sure we were okay ! Lexi was such a huge help and i honestly do appreciate her! it’s nothing to have human decency and i’m glad this location has it."

"I am literally sitting outside of Claire’s. The hours state they open at 10am. I arrived a little after 10:30am. Promotional signs were outside also indicating the shop was open. When I reached the doors, they were locked and a hand written sign was on the door that read, “If the doors are locked, please do not continue pulling on them. — Mgmt”. Wildly unprofessional and tacky in my opinion when you could’ve posted something USEFUL like updated store hours. But I digress. The greater issue was that I stood outside, trying to get the attention of the one person inside who was very actively ignoring me. I spoke through the doors once I got her attention to ask if they were in fact closed. She stood exactly where she was standing and yelled, “yes ma’am” with the nastiest tone. I would’ve much preferred PROFESSIONAL customer service which would’ve been to meet me at the door and politely explain why the store hours are not in alignment with what’s publicized on Google and maybe even offer an apology for the inconvenience. I felt wildly disrespected and I dare say it felt racially charged as well. I’ll never spend money here again and I will never recommend it. Do better."

"Took my daughters to get their ears pierced. One of them for the first time, and the other to get her second lobe piercing. What an awesome experience! They made it fun and relaxed my youngest, who was pretty scared about the whole thing! We will definitely be back for all of our piercing needs! Thank you ladies."
