"Whoever made the burgers & potatoe wedges today (5/11/23) should really try harder….usually the food is really good, especially the burgers but today, the cheese wasn’t even melted & the potatoe wedges were hard."

"Inside the store on the cooler they advertised 3 12 oz monster energy drinks for 6 with the rewards card. I get to the counter and they ring up $10.50. I said something about it and the cashier said their must be something wrong with my card. Then just stared at the register screen with a panicked look in her eyes, she soon after started surveying the parking lot for her I'm assuming manager. Who kept us and the now line of customers waiting at the register, for almost 10 minutes. While she smoked in her car just outside the view of the cashier at the register. Meanwhile the other cashier was squatting outside the entryway smoking a vape and playing with her phone. Finally when the heavy set woman came in. She was rude and disrespectful with her comments and attitude. Said that they will not fix the price. So I go to their website where you register the cards at and showed the heavy set woman (who I am assuming is the manager) that the card is registered, and it says that the card is ready to use. But instead of being helpful she gets even more disgusting with her attitude and remarks. So now 2 people in line walk up to the counter. Put what they were gonna buy down and said this is bull, that they would rather go somewhere else. So I joined them in escaping the I can only assume crazy methed out fat womans target area. So I stopped by the next first stop where they were polite and helpful even my card worked there.I just think they were trying to take advantage of the customer. I will never go back to their Russellville location because of the way the fat woman treated us."

"Just visited this location. Was lured to buy 2 bottles of Mt. Dew based on the stores advertising outside and inside where the bottles are stocked. The discount was not taken off at the register. Even with the discount card they advertise outside and inside the building. The staff insists they can do nothing. It is these types of things that make it difficult to support local business. I left with no Mt. Dew. I will be more likely to drive by this location next time. Also the same owner runs other locations near this one. I guess I can skip these as well. Customer Service. Stop false advertising."
