"Pharmacy has gone downhill last couple of months. They keep forgetting to fill prescriptions and when they do it takes sometimes two days. The drive through is usually closed and/or broken, they blame it on the cold and ice but that’s when the elderly and sick need the drive through the most."

"Call 2 days ahead to order prescription go to pick it up, it's not ready this has happened several times. Been going there for 2 weeks looking for funyuns they do not have them. They have overstock Doritos down by the freezer down by the bread and in the chip aisle. If you want a small or medium shrimp tray they never have them only large if that. Work socks they never have they're always out. They are overstocked with welfare looking shirts never any shorts. Unless you wear your shorts down to your ankles. Always self checkouts are open but you may be forced to use a card on every machine. Even though I want to pay cash. There may not be any cashiers. But there may be four people standing at the door looking at you as you come and go. Or there may be one person getting a scoop on their phone while you walk by. It's best to go to Pothead Springfield or Bellefontaine Walmart."

"Got home from the hospital and stopped by Walmart Pharmacy as soon as I could to fill a new prescription for pain, they were very accommodating even though they were closing in 10 minutes. It made us feel very taken care of for them to take the time and fill our order instead of clocking out and rushing home. Each person was so kind and respectful despite the time we arrived. Thank you all so much for being so caring, making recommendations to help us save money, and getting our order filled instead of sending us on our way. We will be back!"

"Absolutely by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to..they are always backed up sometimes standing in line for a half hour just to pick up. Not that, but I've been promised several times they'd have my prescription on a certain date, only to be told they are out of stock and having trouble getting them. Very common medicine, waited 3 weeks and was told 3 different times/ dates it would come in, only to take my script to Kroger who filled it in a half hour. Highly upset"
