"I have never reviewed any business, but thought it may help the store management work with their team. I had my daughter order my wife something for Mother’s Day at this specific lulu lemon location at Eton. We had prepaid and I stopped by to pickup my wife’s gift. The door was locked and I noticed some younger gals at the checkout desk folding clothing about 8 ft from the front door. I showed them my phone with the prepaid online order and shared I had driven up from Akron for the gift and was hopeful if they would consider just handing my order out the door since they just closed. Unfortunately, the young gal just smirked and said I would need to drive back up tomorrow. I will drive back tomorrow for my wife’s gift and I hope the products are as great as people say. "The reviews are true. Went today to return an jacket that I had worn once to try on and had not washed. It was already pilling and had loose strings… after trying it on. Tags on and I had the receipt. The sales associate was the WORST. I love lululemon and have never had a bad experience. She said that because I had “worn” it, she couldn’t process the return. I bought it a week ago and that is clearly stated on the receipt. Even though their company policy states that if “it doesn’t perform, they’ll take it back”. I drove out of my way and wasted my time. Ridiculous!"
