"I told her to take 3in off and she took off more then I asked her too. I uncomfortable told her it was okay, (To not hurt her feelings) but I didn't tip. When someone says to do something with their haircut, do what they are paying you to do not something you feel like."

"I have a young autistic brother who is afraid of haircuts and hair clippers. But they've been so kind every time. Big shout out to Sarah and Emily who have cut his hair in the past. But this gentlemen today, Jim, cut his hair so beautifully and he was SO kind and understanding. Even when my sister had to sit in his chair with my brother on her lap. He let him feel the clippers so he wouldn't be afraid, and didn't even bat an eye when he started to cry. Such a great experience all around. You've made a forever customer "

"I normally don't write reviews, but I have to reiterate what others say about the customer service here. Avoid this place unless you are into poor service and like listening to rude comments about callers on the phone. Went in for a hair cut and was told by the manager that there was one person ahead of me. She takes one person and I go to stand up when another stylist is available. Wait, there was another person still waiting still. Fine, maybe just a miscount on her part. Then a lady comes in and she's told she doesn't have to wait, the manager will go outside and looking for her when ready. Next a guy (regular apparently) walks in and sits. Manager takes him next. So, I see the sign there that appointments are first, I get that. But, zero communication and not even a simple sign in sheet. I had similar experience in the past but gave it another chance. Last time for me. I'll hit up Pet Smart before I will return to that place again."
