"I got my haircut here about a week ago & it was probably the worst experience. I will never go back. My hair ended up being worse than when I went in (the cut). She only partially dried it so when I styled it myself, hoping for the best, I wanted to cry. I had no hair a little over a year ago & have been growing my hair out & she set my progress back A LOT. Against my better judgement I stopped here because it was convenient but do not do the same."

"Chastity is great - she has been coloring my hair for about 5 years - she is awesome - i definitely recommend her. Honestly after all of the bad experiences i have had, I will never again let anyone but Chastity touch my hair. (the 5 stars are for her). Last week i made an appointment for a root touch up with Andrea since Chasity was on vacation. She colored my hair and messed it up badly, i was very upset - we were supposed to leave for vacation the next day and my hair was a mess. my husband has his hair cut by Andrea while he was waiting for my color, and it was fine. I was super upset about my hair because it should have been a simple thing and she totally dropped the ball. As we went to leave my husband said something about paying for the cut, and she said don't worry about it, its taken care of. She apologized and we left. The next morning my husband was checking voicemails and there was one from Andrea stating that he left without paying and that if he wasn't there to pay withing a certain amount of time, she was calling the police. We were supposed to be leaving for vacation that evening and we had to cancel and drive back there to pay for the haircut. The whole thing was ridiculous. Also - the brush that she got out to brush my hair after it was washed was the most disgusting brush i had ever seen, all dirty and old and had the bristles falling out...I said i wanted a comb instead. **It should be common courtesy that if you are using things on other people, they should be CLEAN and if good condition!!!!!**"
