"was very excited to try this place because of how nice it was. but i knew it was a red flag when she asked why i didnt get coffin , meaning she doesn’t do square nails. that one is on me but the nails look like somebodys teeth. and isn’t pained all the way around."

"Just now getting a chance to post this but I have been coming to this salon for years and after this set I will never come back. I wanted my nails done to celebrate college graduation and got ripped off and probably would have had better aesthetically pleasing nails if I used press ons. I asked for a full set of acrylics and got charged almost $80 for “gel” nails that weren’t gel nails, they were white acrylic powder. Every. single. nail was completely crooked, cut and filed at an angle, and cut way too short. It was embarrassing to walk around with these. Do not go here"

"Tommy did my nails today and he was excellent I can’t even begin to explain how on point his customer service is. The friendliest service I have ever had. He did a fill on my gel acrylic set and he fixed a broken nail and he was fast and efficient. David? Did my nails two weeks ago and he is also very friendly and did a great job. This place is my go to for all of my nail needs and I am one happy customer. Thank you for employing such awesome individuals!"

"This was my second unacceptable experience at LV nail. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for an extremely mediocre service. I work in the beauty industry. I understand a longer than expected wait, with the result being a nice experience. My technician was RUDE. He did my pedicure in 30 minutes, it was awful. About 15 minutes of this pedicure, was spent with him basically not even looking at my feet, and trying to converse with another employee, she never responded back. He aggressively rushed through the entire thing, and it was actually a little bit painful. This also was by far one of the worst polish applications I’ve ever had. The polish does not even cover the entire nail bed on almost every single toenail, also with dots of polish on the skin that he did not bother to remove with acetone. I will never, ever come back here for any service."

"The experience was ok, I'm not a chatty person so my technician was nice about that. I got a SNS Matte Dip, about 2 weeks ago. The tops coat has peeled off 3 of my nails and is chipping off others. I've never had this with a matte, maybe I did something different. They did give me a receipt when I left and told me they fix any chips at not costs. With this many chips and the top totally gone, it didn't seem worth it."
