"Got my lashes done here on 11/11. After 3 days, lash extensions falling off. After a week one complete eye lashes gone. Even spent the extra and got their lash care kit to make sure I got the most out of the 200.00 that I spent. I don’t ware makeup at all and don’t rub my eyes. Still did not even last a full week. A week and 3 days out from getting them done almost all lashes gone on both eyes now. Highly disappointed in the quality of work here."

"The TrueX set is a super quick application. Half the amount of time, and still looks beautiful. Mine are light but still evenly distributed. I hardly feel like they’re there. The lady’s there are super nice and the place is beautiful!"

"I saw Kaylee for my lashes, and even though she's still an apprentice, she did fantastic! There could've been a few more lashes at the corners of my eyes but that's exactly why you have models come in. To practice. The salon overall was beautiful and relaxing. There was an air of professionalism but still inviting and comfortable. Everything Kaylee did was excellent. The placement was perfect on what was there (thank goodness for no crazy sideways lashes or clumps of glue. Lol.) And she was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout. She was able to answer any questions I had and her trainer confirmed that she was correct. 10 out of 10. If I ever need lashes again I'll go back- and ask for Kaylee!"
