"Called in around 5:20 and asked specifically about gel extensions, as advertised on the website, the woman said yes. I asked when they closed and she said if you come now it’s no problem we can do it. I get there and they act like they’ve never heard of gel extensions told me they couldn’t do the design I wanted because they close at 6. I said ohh well when I called the person who answered said you do those and to come now. Another woman chimed in and said ohh maybe you called the wrong nail club, which I did not. So I made the trip out in a rush to be turned away and basically called dumb. Super irritating."

"I have been going to Ann at Nail Club for over 10 years. She does an excellent job in my nails. I have seen all the employees treat their customers very professionally. The salon is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend."

"As a hair and nail student I have an idea of have services and what to expect. I went and got a gel pedicure which gel is $20 extra and they don’t tell you. I also got a fill on my acrylics and have never experienced a worse nail service. My pedicure was incredibly short and my French tip lines are not even at all. I went in with preshaped almond nails and they are now uneven in length incredibly pointed with uneven polish. I wanted a black lightening bolt and they were unable to do it so I went with just a plane solid black star. My star is not pointed and not solid black it also is not centered on either nails. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND"

"The worst mail experience i have ever had. I normally do my nails myself (not trained at all) and decided to go get mine done for once and i regret it fully. I could have done better myself. Wrong shape, none are even, she didn’t even touch my cuticles and you can still see my old color. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Never told us the prices until everything was done either. I love paying for good service but this was the opposite."
