"This place is a mess. Half the time they aren’t even open. The other times you can’t even get to what you need on the shelf because there’s carts of boxes in the way everywhere. No employees ever up front anymore since the self serve is there. I understand they have had a change in management a few times now in the past year but currently they really need to work on stocking with time management along with employees being respectful."

"Disrespectful girl working 7/15/23 on evening shift. Almost run into me in the aisle and didn't apologize or even speak. Was playing her music loud in the store."

"Been going here for a very long time now, this is the Most professionally dollar general I been too. Manager Laura, literally Will go out her way for her customers. Employee Jordan helps all the time when I need something. Thanks again for great customer service!"

"Lately the store has been closing at odd times shoving customers out. They close the store down on weekends around noon until 5pm. Then just yesterday they store was closed around 5pm or earlier for the rest of the night. This is an on going situation. It its like none of the workers want to be there and just close down when they feel like it."

"This store needs to update their online hours. I checked the time before I went to this store. Online your hours of business are 10PM. However, when I was shopping in your store I was rudely informed by your customer service representative that your closing time is 9PM. When I replied with your online hours say closed at 10PM, I was told that the hours on your door say 9PM I should have read your door sticker. First of all, how unbelievably rude to tell someone that they should have to check your door for hours when no one is looking there they are looking online. I put back all my things and decided not to purchase anything since I was being hustled out the door. If I did that to a customer at my store I wouldn’t have a job for very long. I get that I probably shouldn’t expect quality customer service from a Dollar General but I would like to think any place of business would put their customers before their desire to clock out and go home. I could of have at least been politely informed to make my final selections and bring my items to the front to be rung out."
