"Walked in and the older gentleman basically rolled his eyes and scoffed at us when we asked politely if someone could please help with arrows. We told him what we were looking for and instead of directing us belittled us while watching us struggle for a few minutes (knowing what we came in for) and then said “you’d have better luck if you just turned around….they’re right there behind you” we were in a rush, asking for assistance politely and according to the other individual I was with this is typical behavior. While standing there awkwardly, two other individuals came in holding a AR not secured or in a case and absolutely stunk of weed. I’m not against weed or having right to bear arms, but I thought there was some structure and safety procedures in place to ensure the safety of other customers and staff? No case? Can’t see if the magazine is clipped in or if there’s even a live round in the chamber? The first red flag was before even stepping foot inside! We pulled in the parking lot and smelled “skunk” and chalked it up to a deceased animal until the other person in my party saw the same people walking around with a massive firearm, smoking weed actively in the parking lot. Right in front of the door. Seriously?! I been multiple places where if you smell like alcohol or weed you will not be allowed to shoot. Not here. Seems to be a free for all. First time here and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Not safe. Horrible customer service. Maybe caught them on a bad night? No excuse for others safety and a business to be compromised because someone has a sour attitude."

"They were very polite and helpful. We had a bullet stuck in barrel and they extracted the bullet without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure."

"Just made a stop in today for the first time in like 8 years to try out my new crossbow and glad to see its still as good as it use to be. Range price is still really fair and staff is still friendly as can be. Was very helpful with trying to get some stuck arrows out and even replaced some inserts for my bolts that got stuck prices on the shelves are priced great even noticing some prices cheaper then amazon."
