"Results same day after a partial highlight, a bit less blended than expected had to get a root tap/baby lights to blend it at another salon, they did offer a redo though and staff were great and salon was cute! Had a pleasant time while chatting in the chair."

"I went to Hannah to get my hair done. The first time I went, my blonde hair was brassy, so I went back the next day to correct. Still left brassy, but it was slightly better. My husband said on vacation that I didn't look like myself, so I went back after returning from vacation to get it fixed. She actually made it darker and when she tried to lighten it, it was brassy again. A new techniques that they were using with papers in the salon burnt my scalp. She said she didn't know how to fix it and apologized. They charged me another 43 dollars on top of the 125 I already paid and I have to make another appointment with someone to make me look good again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Side note to the business owner...Hannah is a new stylist and I have never been to a salon where a new stylist wasn't supported by a head stylist or the owner. Someone should be looking over her work and giving her suggestions on the processes during the client consultation."
